WHAT IS EMS TRAINING
EMS stands for Electro Muscle Stimulation and is based on the body’s own principles: Each of your movements, is triggered by a bioelectric impulse from the brain.
In EMS training, this impulse is stimulated via a functional vest with electrodes and delivered directly to the various main muscle groups. Your muscles are activated and contracted by an electromuscular impulse, which is why our EMS training works like the body’s own booster principle. Our training method is not only effective, but also health-promoting, which is why your trainer always pays attention to correct execution during the exercises. Our training addresses the muscles of the knee that are responsible for movement. This way we achieve a quick strengthening of the knee muscles and a simultaneous relief of the damaged joint. The musculature is thus built up in a way that is gentle on the joint.

EMS training is considered one of the most effective methods to train the pelvic floor muscles. Many women now use EMS training as a postpartum recovery course to regain strength as quickly as possible. EMS can even be used after a Caesarean section. Many studies prove its effectiveness. Under the guidance of our qualified trainers and one time-saving workout per week, the pelvic floor is specifically strengthened and the overall body image is enhanced.

EMS training is a good way to strengthen the deep back muscles, especially for back patients and people with back tension and pain.
